Io l'ho modificata (50 g fiori di sambuco, 3 mele grandi, 3 dl d'acqua, 100 g di zucchero, buccia grattugiata di 1/2 bio limone, 2 kumkvat tagliati a striscioline). Il procedimento e' lo stesso.
